How long do we retain your data?

If you fill in a contact form on our site, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise, approve and follow-up contacts automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

We keep any email correspondence for 24 months by default (including contact form entries), and any invoices/ information relating to invoices for at least six years.

What rights do you have over your data?

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you at any time. This does not include any data that we are legally required to keep for legal or security purposes.

Where we send your data.

The only data processor we use, that is based in the UK, is Sage.

When required some details will be passed onto to service providers in order to fulfil orders.

We do link to other websites from our own website (such as Facebook, TikTok etc). We cannot vouch for the privacy practices of these third party companies and urge you to read their privacy policy to understand how they handle your personal data.

We will periodically update our privacy policy as necessary to make sure we keep you informed of any changes within the business that might impact you.
